UtilityPhone is offered to the global public as a quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly
subscription service. The client software connects to the Global Contact Server
to authenticate that the customer has the right to use the service and once authenticated the server feeds the client with informaiton about who is online
and available for secure communications out of thier buddy list.

Users can add new contacts to their list by simply knowing the User I.D. of the
person that they wish to talk to. Communications can be secured by using AES
256 bit encryption. To communicate securely, both parties create a public key
within the client software and then exchange these keys with each other.

Keys can be changed at any time so no two communcation sessions need ever
be the same, which increases the security of the service even further.

CORPORATE USE

For corporations that are serious about thier security, UtilityPhone Corporate is
a perfect solution for a global secure communications platform that can be hosted
in-house, with access restricted to approved employees who must also have a
custom version of the UtilityPhone Client that will only work with that specific
custom server. These custom client apps. will not talk to the Public Global Contact Server.
