SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL USE
UtilityPhone is offered to the global public as a FREE, quarterly, bi-yearly
or yearly
subscription service. The client software connects to the Global
Contact Server
to authenticate that the customer has the right to use the SECURE service
and
once authenticated the server populates the client with informaiton
about who is
online
and available for secure communications, out of your SECURE buddy list.
Users can only add new contacts to their buddy-list by knowing the User
I.D.and
email address of the
person that they wish to talk to. Communications can be
optionally secured, individually by contact, by simply activating the AES
256 bit encryption layer; for that U.I.D.
To communicate securely, the client software(s) use a public and private key
to decipher the communications between both parties.
Keys could be changed every session, individually by contact, so you have the
option to
ensure that no two
communcations need ever
use the same keys.

CORPORATE USE
For corporations that are
serious about thier security, the UtilityPhone Corporate
Edition is
a perfect solution for a global SECURE communications platform that

in-house. With access restricted to approved employees, who must

have a
custom-branded version of the UtilityPhone Client; this version will only
work with
the specific
custom-corporate contact server.
